After one year training at Shanghai Young Bakers, Liu Dong has been selected to continue his training in France. He already finished his CAP in Aurillac and is actually doing an internship in a Paris bakery. He will be back in Shanghai at the end of June 2018 and will become a teacher at SYB for 3 years.
