Thanks to the Air France Foundation , the Madaifu Access to High School programme, is being seen across all the skys by Air France  passengers in the October issue of the company’s in-flight magazine, the skys the limit.

Children of Madaifu’s apples are back and this year they are organic!

Congratulations Zhang Zhenghai!

Zhang Zhenghai, one of Children of Madaidu’s first supportees, received first place in the baguette and special breads category in the Lesaffre Cup Bakery Competition and will be traveling to Jakarta, Indonesia to compete in the Asia-wide competition in November 2015. Both us and Shanghai Young Bakers, who trained him and where he now teaches, were deligthed by this result!
