Après une année à Shanghai Young Bakers, Liu Dong a été choisi pour compléter sa formation par un CAP à Aurillac. Il termine actuellement un stage de boulangerie à Paris et sera de retour à Shanghai fin juin 2018 pour travailler comme professeur à SYB durant 3 ans.
